Applicare sui cuscini tre goccie di OLIO ESSENZIALE ALLA LAVANDA oramai per me un profumo piacevole al risveglio, perchè solo al risveglio la notte crollo talmente in fretta che non ho il tempo di inebriarmi di lavanda che già fase rem. Sto iniziando ad usarla anche nella vaschetta della lavatrice per profumare il mio bucato, c'è da premettere che per detergere il bucato uso prodotti il più possibili green che molto spesso non lasciano quel piacevole profumo sul bucato, l' unico inconveniente di non utilizzare quelli con mille prodotti nocivi alla salute e all' ambiente. Ma con l' olio essenziale siamo sulla buona strada! La mia ricerca non finisce qui...

Perchè i profumi sanno di ricordi, di una persona cara ricordi il profumo che ti lascia abbracciandola. Sintetizzano momenti e viaggi ( Burberry per me è il primo week end a Londra ed è magia un mix di ricordi: l' albergo  il primo fish and chips, il cambio della guardia il British e tutto questo in una bottiglietta!)

 Qualche settimana fa sono rimasta folgorata dalla nuova collezione estiva ed ho trovato la mia nuova essenza " nectarine blossom and honey" e sarà il profumo della mia gravidanza. Ed è magia. 

Scegliere  un profumo è cercare dì indossare quella magia  e conservarla.

Una volta l' anno mangiare il JUNK FOOD.  Sì uno stile alimentare sano è giusto ed è doveroso per la nostra salute ma una volta l' anno ci sta, paninazzo patatine e magari una coca cola o un gelato senza pietà e compromessi. Da fare con la/le persone che la pensano come te e decidono di condividere questo strappo alimentare. Perchè è bello. Noi quest' anno siamo stati un pò costretti dalle circostanze, a Milano per un week end usciti di mattina e rientrati in albergo per non più di 30 minuti, il tempo di una doccia presi dalla fame atomica  ci siamo fermati all' Old Wild West a Corso Sempione. 

Once a year eat the JUNK FOOD. Yes, a healthy eating style is right and it is a must for our health, but once a year there is a paninazzo chips and maybe a coke or a pie and compromise ice cream. Do with people who think about it as you and decide to share this eating strain. Because it is beautiful. This year we were a bit forced by the circumstances, in Milan for a weekend out in the morning and back to the hotel for no more than 30 minutes, the time of an atomic hungry shower we stopped at Old Wild West at Sempione Course.
