Variazione alla colazione,

 

il capitolo cereali da quando ho iniziato una sana e corretta alimentazione la colazione è un pasto essenziale.  

Alle 10 senza colazione divento IENA.

E così ho sostituito il caffè con l' orzo, frutta di stagione, tre fette biscottate con marmellata.

Quando fatta in casa ADDORO , altrimenti ci arrangiamo e  in commercio sto attenta a comprarle senza zucchero. La Conad per esempio ne ha una selezione bio ( con il tappo verde per intenderci) attenta a questo.

Stamattina ho voluto fare variazione sostituire fette biscottate ai cereali, ed eccoli qui.

Io l' ho trovato too much per una colazione normale ma super indicato  in caso di quelle giornate in cui salto il pranzo, o per motivi particolari mi riduco ad un insalatina..

 

Perfetto per chi la mattina ha una fame da leoni.

Questa settimana mi ha visto protagonista di un vorrei ma non posso . L' incontro con Piero Angela ( ieri Super Quark) saltato per una cena importante, sonno e stress.

Il sonno perso si recupera mai alla fine?
