Buon primo Agosto,

 

In Italia sono previste due settimane di fuoco, quindi frigo pieno verdure centrifugati e frutta, condizionatore pulito (abbiamo trovato uno spray che spruzzato all' interno del condizionatore  elimina batteri, dopo non ha bisogno di essere rimosso perché evapora, filtri a parte)

  Ma abbiate fiducia  queste due settimane passeranno e noi saremo qui disidratate e stressate, almeno con la cellulite sciolta?

 

 

 

Good first August,

ragazze ho visto le ciglia finte un volume esagerato  le indossava una ragazza vicina di ombrellone e sono magnifiche, ma sono sicura che anche la palette dei 4 illuminanti mi potrebbe piacere!

Esercizio fisico

 Non abbandonarlo mai, perché il corpo e la mente ne ha bisogno... Di sudare,  eliminare tossine e

buttare fuori stress e rabbia.. Oltre poi ad essere un momento in cui obbligarci a prenderci cura di noi o semplicemente quel break all' interno della giornata per staccare la spina.

 L' acquagym che ho scoperto in gravidanza, passeggiate interminabili in

 acqua o la marcia negli orari serali. Questo è il mio schema per il momento ;)  E poi su Pinterest ho visto questa serie di esercizi, vogliamo provarlo?

Vi dirò poi per lo sport post gravidanza e lì ne vedremo delle belle

Magari metto anche una bella maschera e serata detox, perché anche se in coppia, fidanzati conviventi sposati una serata per sé fa sempre piacere. Qual è la vostra serata perfetta?
